Six Ways Erdington
B23/ B24 - Grid reference SP106915
Until the 1880s there were only five ways at this important junction on the Outer Ring Road at the bottom of Erdington High Street. They were Gravelly Hill North, Reservoir Road, Summer Road, the High Street and Wood End Lane. With the cutting of Wood End Road this subsequently became known as Erdington Six Ways, or alternatively Six Ways Erdington.
